Main technical features of stacker
1. The machine adopts conveying in bottle, no power consumption and low energy consumption in the server state; the built-in proximity signal detection mechanism can automatically adjust the stacking speed according to the output to match the filling out bottle line.
2. The bottle lifting system adopts a new design of pneumatic opposite type bottle clamping, which does not damage the bottle mouth and shrink film, does not drop the bottle, and has small gas consumption.
3. The lifting system adopts the linear bearing slider type soft connection structure, which has the functions of stable lifting speed, mechanical protection against unexpected faults, etc., and effectively guarantees the protection function of the machine under special faults.
4. The machine can stack 1-3 layers, and the number of layers can be adjusted on the touch screen to meet different needs of customers.
5. The lifting and translation positions of the machine are detected and positioned by numerical control technology, and the positions of bottle lifting and dropping are equivalent, avoiding the defect of high failure rate caused by excessive use of positioning switch. The bucket lifting adopts servo system, and the bucket operates at high, low and medium multi-stage speeds (low-speed bottle clamping - medium high-speed operation - low-speed bottle releasing) in the process of lifting and translation, so as to make the whole operation process coordinated and stable.
6. The machine is controlled by imported PLC microcomputer and operated by Xinjie man-machine interface. The operation parameters and operation process can be adjusted freely on the touch screen, with the functions of fault shutdown, alarm, etc.
7. Photoelectric detection protection switch is set at the lifting position of the machine. When the machine is running, if any abnormal phenomenon is detected at the detection position, the machine will stop immediately and give an alarm, which largely protects the safety of production personnel and equipment.
